How is this different from a generic website builder?

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Every org gets a CommonCircle subdomain, and Community plans and above include custom domain support.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export your member, event, and communication data. If you leave, we help you get a usable export instead of locking it away.

Do members need to pay anything?

No. The organization pays for the portal. Members access the portal as part of the organization.

Why is pricing based on active members?

Member count is the simplest way to match pricing to organization size. A small club should not pay the same as a large lodge or association with thousands of members.

Do we need to manage hosting or a database?

No. Managed CommonCircle plans include hosting, backups, updates, email delivery, and support. Your organization can focus on members, not infrastructure.

What happens if we grow past our member limit?

You can move to the next plan or add extra active members. Growth should not interrupt access to your portal.
